Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance. Analyze manufacturing costs, product margins, and operational efficiencies to support profitability. Manage inventory accounting, cost allocation, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions. Develop and improve financial controls, systems, and reporting processes. Partner with operations, procurement, and senior leadership to support strategic business decisions. Supervise and mentor finance team members, ensuring high standards of performance and development. Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business performance and support growth.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualification or equivalent preferred. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role, preferably within manufacturing or premium consumer goods. Strong knowledge of management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience with cost accounting, inventory control, and margin analysis in a manufacturing environment. Sound understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, and audit processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial/ERP systems. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
