Affiliate Manager (Asia Market – Malaysia & Singapore) Work Arrangement: Remote | Monday to Friday | Flexible Schedule Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Industry: iGaming (Online Casino & Sports Betting) About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to grow and manage affiliate partnerships across Asia, with a primary focus on Malaysia and Singapore. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong regional connections, deep knowledge of traffic channels, and a proven ability to close and scale high-performing deals. You will play a key role in driving user acquisition, optimizing affiliate performance, and expanding market reach. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Acquisition & Management Identify, acquire, and onboard high-quality affiliates in Malaysia and Singapore Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates and key traffic partners Negotiate CPA, CPL, hybrid deals, and custom commission structures Continuously expand and strengthen the regional affiliate network Performance & Optimization Monitor and analyze KPIs including traffic quality, conversion rates, ROI, and revenue Optimize underperforming campaigns and scale high-performing partnerships Identify new traffic sources, channels, and growth opportunities Campaign Execution & Collaboration Develop and execute localized affiliate strategies for Malaysia and Singapore Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to improve funnel performance Ensure campaigns align with compliance standards, brand guidelines, and market regulations Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role Background in iGaming, e-commerce, fintech, or performance marketing industries Proven experience managing affiliates in Malaysia and Singapore markets Strong existing network within the regional affiliate ecosystem is highly preferred Solid understanding of tracking platforms, affiliate funnels, and performance metrics Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Self-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results Fluency in English (required) Proficiency in Malay and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage What We Offer Competitive, above-market compensation (base + performance-based bonuses) Fully remote work setup with flexible scheduling High-autonomy, performance-driven environment (no micromanagement) Opportunity to scale and own affiliate markets in a high-growth region Supportive, international team with fast decision-making processes Paid annual leave and sick leave
