Requirements and responsibilities


What You Will Do: - Source and close partnerships with AI labs and ML-driven organizations. - Lead technical discovery across evaluation workflows and RLHF pipelines. - Engage with researchers, ML engineers, and data teams. - Translate complex needs into scalable data and evaluation programs. - Structure and negotiate high-value, multi-stakeholder deals. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, and operations teams. - Drive account growth through deeper integration into AI evaluation pipelines. - Provide insights on pipeline quality, risks, and market trends. What We Are Looking For: - Strong ability to engage with technical stakeholders (ML/AI teams). - Proven experience selling AI/ML, developer tools, or technical solutions. - Track record of closing complex enterprise deals. - Familiarity with model evaluation, RLHF, or RL environments. - Structured, analytical approach to sales and problem-solving. - High ownership mindset in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Bonus Points: - Experience with human data pipelines (labeling, evaluation, synthetic data). - Exposure to frontier AI models or benchmarking systems. - Background working with AI labs or research organizations. - Understanding of enterprise procurement processes.
