Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a high-autonomy Technical RevOps / GoHighLevel Operator to own the systems, reporting, automation, and data infrastructure behind a fast-growing coaching business. This is not a basic admin or task-execution role. We need someone who can step into a fast-moving environment, understand the existing GoHighLevel setup, clean up technical debt, troubleshoot independently, and create more reliable systems across sales, operations, and reporting. About the Role: - You will own day-to-day RevOps and systems execution, primarily inside GoHighLevel, while supporting a broader stack that includes reporting tools, automation platforms, AI workflows, scheduling, payment systems, and internal operations tools. - This role is meant to remove leadership as the bottleneck for systems work, while creating clean, trustworthy infrastructure that helps the team scale. - The goal is for you to become the person who keeps the system clean, catches issues early, improves workflows, and helps leadership make better decisions from reliable data. What You’ll Do: - Own day-to-day GoHighLevel system management and RevOps execution. - Maintain and improve pipelines, workflows, automations, Smart Lists, custom fields, tags, dashboards, and reporting. - Troubleshoot broken workflows, records, attribution issues, reporting gaps, and system logic. - Support setter, closer, and sales team workflows across application routing, booking, follow-up, show rate, and close-rate visibility. - Build and maintain trustworthy reporting across lead flow, booked calls, show rates, offer rates, close rates, revenue, and team activity. - Improve data quality, data integrity, and source-of-truth reporting. - Help automate manual admin processes, including commission tracking and recurring reporting workflows. - Document systems, workflows, SOPs, and key processes so knowledge does not live only in leadership’s head. - Help move operational initiatives out of Slack/manual tracking and into a cleaner execution system. - Support future technical initiatives, including potentially moving from an agency-owned GHL account into Lemonade Life’s own account. - Identify operational leaks and recommend practical fixes based on data. What We’re Looking For: - Strong hands-on GoHighLevel ownership experience. - Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Looker Studio, BigQuery, Google Sheets, or similar tools. - Experience with AI tools such as Claude, or AI-enabled automation workflows. - Strong troubleshooting skills across workflows, automations, custom fields, pipelines, and reporting. - Strong attention to detail and QA discipline. - Ability to work independently without heavy hand-holding. - Clear communication and comfort presenting findings, recommendations, and tradeoffs internally. - Strong pace, precision, accountability, and systems thinking. - Comfortable working with a technical founder/operator who knows the system deeply and expects high ownership. Nice to Have: - Experience in coaching, consulting, wellness, education, or high-ticket service businesses. Who’s a Fit: - You like owning systems, not just completing tickets. - You investigate problems and find root causes. - You catch issues before leadership has to point them out. - You are highly detail-oriented and do not tolerate messy data. - You move quickly without creating more chaos. - You are technical, practical, and execution-focused. - You can translate data into clear recommendations. - You are comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability business. - You enjoy building scalable systems that make teams more efficient. Logistics: - Remote. - Preferred geography: LATAM or similar time-zone alignment. - Must be comfortable working 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time. Compensation: - Target range is approximately $3K–$5K/month, depending on experience, technical depth, and fit.
