Requirements and responsibilities

You will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, sourcing high-quality profiles, and ensuring quick turnaround on open roles. You’ll work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver results efficiently.Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through organic sourcing and via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & creative channels; identifying active & passive candidates; screening, evaluating & shortlisting candidates based on role fit; building and maintaining strong talent pipelines; managing multiple roles with quick turnaround time; tracking sourcing metrics and maintaining candidate data.
