Role Overview: - We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. - As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a key role in driving new business and expanding our customer base. - This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and grow into an Enterprise Account Executive role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals. - Develop relationships with existing and new clients. - Conduct impactful sales presentations to cultivate customer relationships and drive long-term account growth. - Collaborate on sales strategy, provide market insights, and contribute to document creation. - Provide feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and market intelligence. - Achieve sales quotas and maintain a healthy pipeline through cold emailing and calling target accounts. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role at a tech or software company. - Proven track record of top sales performance (quick promotions, consistently beating quota). - Experience in mid-market to enterprise SaaS sales, ideally selling into industries such as banking or mortgages. - Comfortable with cold-calling and outbound prospecting techniques. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects. - Team player with a low ego and high agency, eager to win together. - Excited to work on-site in San Francisco 5 days per week.
