We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA professional with 7+ years in software testing and strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud. This role involves ensuring quality across complex Salesforce implementations, integrations, and releases.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce Service Cloud applicationsPerform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testingValidate key Service Cloud components: Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Service ConsoleConduct API testing (REST/SOAP) and validate system integrationsLead defect management: logging, tracking, and driving resolutionCollaborate closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholdersSupport release cycles, deployment validation, and production readinessContribute to or implement test automation using tools like Provar or Selenium✅ Required Skills & Qualifications7+ years of QA experience, with 3–5+ years in Salesforce testingStrong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud functionalitiesSolid experience in manual testing and working knowledge of automation frameworksHands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRAStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills🎓 Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field🏅 Preferred CertificationsSalesforce Certified AdministratorISTQB or equivalent QA certification⭐ Nice to HaveExperience with Lightning Experience testingExposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
