Requirements and responsibilities

We’re building a real-time voice AI platform for hospitality and need someone who can own backend systems and cloud infrastructure end-to-end.You’ll work with Python (FastAPI), design REST + WebSocket APIs, and build production-grade infra across AWS (or Azure/GCP). This includes EC2, ECS/EKS or Lambda, S3, RDS (Postgres), and going deep into networking — VPCs, subnetting (public/private), routing, NAT Gateways, security groups, and load balancing (ALB/NLB).You should be comfortable designing systems that handle real traffic, stay secure, and are observable and reliable in production.Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is important. We also value people who can jump across the stack when needed — React, Node.js, and TypeScript for small integrations or tooling. We’re working heavily with real-time voice systems, so experience with LiveKit, WebRTC, Twilio, or similar is highly relevant.Solid understanding of Postgres and data modeling is expected, and familiarity with NoSQL or vector databases helps. We’re looking for someone with 3–4+ years of experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and shipping real systems. Small team, high ownership, fast execution.
