Responsibilities
Lead 0→1 AI Agent product development for a B2B SaaS platformConduct deep customer discovery with U.S. mid-market merchants and turn ambiguous needs into clear product roadmapsDesign cross-product workflows and end-to-end customer journeysDefine Agent tasks, tool calling, permissions, approval flows, human-in-the-loop, error handling & escalationOwn the merchant-facing AI onboarding experience and define what successful Agent task completion meansDrive GTM, packaging, pricing, lighthouse customer programs & expansion strategyWork closely with a remote China engineering team to translate U.S. customer needs into clear product requirementsWhat We’re Looking For5–8 years of Product experience2+ years building AI / LLM-powered products from 0→1Strong B2B SaaS backgroundHands-on customer discovery and pilot experienceStrong understanding of AI Agent product design — tool calling, HITL, trust, explainability, permissions & workflowsComfortable collaborating across U.S.–China time zonesHeavy user of AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.Nice to Have:Ecommerce / Shopify merchant experienceMarTech, customer support, retention, reviews, or post-purchase SaaS experienceEnd-to-end B2B AI Agent product launch experienceMandarin Chinese communication skills
