Join a growing remote team where your HR expertise and organizational skills can make a real impact. We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist based in Mexico to partner directly with a C-level executive at a leading boutique HR, payroll, and recruiting solutions firm. Their company delivers white-glove HR strategy, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee development solutions that help businesses protect their operations and build stronger teams. You will manage day their-to-day HR operations and support employees throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced with ClickUp for managing tasks and HR workflows. Key Responsibilities HR Operations: Manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration. Employee Relations & Support: Support employee relations, respond to employee questions, and assist with performance management, training, and engagement initiatives. HR Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and prepare HR reports and documentation as needed. Workflow & Task Management: Organize HR workflows, track tasks and deadlines, and manage ongoing HR projects using ClickUp. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with management and other departments to support HR initiatives and address employee-related matters. Must-Have Requirements HR Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. HR Operations: Proven experience managing onboarding, offboarding, employee records, employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives. ClickUp Proficiency: Strong working proficiency using ClickUp for task management, workflow organization, project tracking, and deadline management. Communication & Organization: Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Confidentiality & Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism. Process Improvement: Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, improve HR workflows, and implement practical process improvements.
