Define and apply data governance and consent frameworks within AEP. Design scalable AEP architecture and integrations across enterprise systems. Define and support environment strategies across Development, Test, Stage, and Production. Lead technical planning for releases, deployments, and production readiness. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and scalability considerations throughout the implementation. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AEP solutions. Provide technical direction and guidance to engineering teams while remaining actively involved in implementation. Balance hands-on engineering responsibilities with technical leadership and implementation ownership. Required Skills & Experience The following qualifications are mandatory. Candidates must have strong hands-on AEP engineering experience to be considered. Strong hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) engineering experience. Proven experience leading or owning end-to-end AEP implementations. Strong experience with XDM schema and dataset design. Hands-on experience defining identity namespaces and profile stitching strategies. Experience enabling and working with Real-Time Customer Profile. Strong experience with batch and streaming data ingestion. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK. Experience implementing data governance and consent frameworks. Strong understanding of AEP architecture, integrations, and scalability. Experience defining and managing environment strategies across Dev / Test / Stage / Prod. Experience with release planning and deployment readiness. Ability to combine deep hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership. Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical teams and stakeholders. Ability to work aligned with the CST time zone. Ability and willingness to meet the required travel schedule to Los Angeles, California. Travel Requirements This position requires regular travel between the contractor’s home country and Los Angeles, California, USA. The expected rotation is: Approximately 2 weeks working in Los Angeles Followed by approximately 1 month working remotely from your home country Followed by another approximately 2 weeks in Los Angeles This rotation will continue as required by the project.
