Role Description: Overnight Bilingual Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep (Remote, Latin America).
Company Overview:
- Monarch Talent Group places bilingual remote reps with US companies.
- We are hiring for overnight US Central Time shifts, roughly 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM CT.
- Schedules vary by client, including weekdays, weekends, or weekend-only shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls in English and Spanish for US clients, including towing, roadside assistance, HVAC/plumbing emergency lines, freight dispatch, and property management after-hours lines.
- Take caller details, dispatch drivers or technicians, and log every call accurately in the client's system.
- Stay calm and clear with stressed callers at 3 am.
- Follow client scripts and escalation rules exactly.
Candidate Requirements:
- C1 or higher English proficiency, tested on a video interview.
- College degree preferred in any field.
- 4+ years of call center, dispatch, or customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable working fully overnight on US Central Time long-term.
- Open to weekend shifts with availability provided.
- Required equipment and internet connection.
- Based in Latin America, excluding Colombia.
Technical Requirements (Internet):
- Wired Ethernet connection to your router, Wi-Fi is not accepted.
- Minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, fiber or cable, no satellite or mobile-only.
- Latency under 100 ms to US servers.
- Backup connection, such as a 4G/5G hotspot or second provider, switchable within 60 seconds.
- Power backup, such as a UPS or inverter keeping your router and computer running for at least 2 hours.
Technical Requirements (Computer):
- Windows 10/11 or macOS, under 5 years old.
- Intel i5 (8th gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 or better.
- 16 GB RAM preferred, 8 GB minimum.
- SSD storage.
- USB noise-cancelling headset with a boom mic.
- Webcam and a quiet, private workspace.
Compensation and Terms:
- $1,500–$1,800 USD per month, paid weekly in USD, with a night differential over day roles.
- Additional compensation if the client requires every weekend.
- Full-time contractor, 40 hours per week, with a set schedule.
- Month-to-month placement with a single US client.
- Replacement guarantee involving support on the account and consistent attendance.
