What you’ll be doing:Define and execute manual test cases to help ensure our mental health products and AI-based features are safe, reliable, and supportive of users’ therapeutic journeysWork closely with product and clinical teams to understand mental health goals, user behaviors, and clinical relevance - and turn that understanding into meaningful testing scenariosMonitor product quality using dashboards, user feedback, and usage data, with a particular sensitivity to how issues might affect people using the product for mental health supportHelp document feature behavior, QA processes, and known issues in a clear, organized wayWhat you need to have:A degree in Psychology or a related field connected to mental health or human behaviorExperience in clinical Psychology practiceA genuine interest in digital health and a willingness to learn about how technology and AI can support mental well-beingSolid analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood written and spoken communication skills in EnglishA thoughtful and detail-oriented mindset, with sensitivity to the impact of product quality on mental health usersWhat we would love to see:Any prior experience in software testing - academic, personal, or professionalFamiliarity with digital mental health solutions or a strong motivation to work in this spaceExperience with tools like JIRA, Postman, or similarBasic knowledge of SQLExperience with mobile applications and their testing workflowsSalary range:€18,270 - €26,596 a yearThis range includes base, variable and equity.These compensation bands are just the starting point.
