We know this is vital in realizing our shared mission to improve speed to quality mental health care for all. innovaTel is looking for both full and part-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers licensed in all states to work with patients across the lifespan in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting. They provide a tremendous amount of support to their clinical team and want their clinicians to be able to focus on what’s most important - patient care. The company offers a fully remote work environment, flexible schedules starting at 16 hours of work per week, competitive compensation, 100% cost coverage for all required licensing/credentialing fees, IT equipment and support, mental health benefits via their EAP, and additional benefits for full-time team members. The responsibilities include performing initial mental health diagnostic assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, building rapport with patients, documenting clinical findings, and participating in treatment meetings and collaboration with the clinical team. The minimum qualifications include a relevant and active LCSW license, certification or experience in common therapeutic modalities, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and proficiency in using EHRs and virtual settings. Preferred qualifications include experience in caring for patients with Serious Mental Illness and co-occurring substance use disorders, previous telemedicine experience, and proficiency in using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients. Responsibilities: - Perform initial mental health diagnostic assessments with treatment recommendations. - Develop an individualized, prescriptive treatment plan to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria. - Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients exclusively through the telehealth modality. - Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by standards of care. - Participate in treatment meetings, consultation, and collaboration with members of clinical team. - Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours.
