As a Project Engineer, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful launch and operation of large-scale programs within specified measurable targets. This role requires a track record of project management success in an advanced manufacturing environment, as well as specific applied knowledge in contract manufacturing, technical theory, operations and methods, machining theory, and financial management. Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional teams in all assigned new project and other program activities - Coordinate the technical development process, procurement process, and aggregate manufacturing planning - Complete all assigned engineering tasks accurately and timely - Maintain status reports of programs and customer commitments - Conduct or attend production and program status meetings - Maintain accountability for program parts post “handoff” to Operations - Conduct customer communication and negotiation - Identify, qualify, and present new business initiatives with existing customers to company leadership - Travel to customer or vendor locations
