🔵 ​​Requirements:
â—˝ At least five years of proven experience in database management, explicitly working with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
◽ ​​Expertise in database performance tuning and optimization.
◽ ​​Familiarity with cloud database services, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
◽ ​​Knowledge of database security best practices.
◽ ​​Experience in data backup and recovery procedures.
◽ ​​Proficiency in SQL query optimization and scripting.
◽ ​​Hands-on experience with database monitoring and alerting tools.
◽ ​​Effective communication skills for collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams.
◽ ​​Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, information technology, or related field.

​​→ ​​US employees in the New York City or San Francisco Bay Area: $70,000 - $90,000/year.
→ ​​US employees outside these areas: $50,000 - $75,000/year.
