Teladoc Health is seeking a Full Time Employed Psychologist to work as part of a care team, providing virtual patient care via video and telephonic appointments. The role involves independently evaluating, diagnosing, and treating adult and adolescent mental health patients. The Staff Psychologist will contribute to shaping the evolution of virtual care as an industry standard to make mental health care accessible, affordable, and effective for all. The position requires a Ph.D. or Psy.D. degree in clinical or counseling psychology, along with 2+ years of non-supervised independent practice experience in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate should have current licensure for independent clinical practice of psychology from any of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia, and experience with empirically supported psychotherapy for PTSD, depressive, and anxiety disorders is preferred. Responsibilities: - Independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and adolescent mental health patients. - Provide outpatient psychology services virtually via video and phone communication channels. - Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely completion of medical records. - Collaborate within the context of multi-disciplinary medical-model teams. - Support the Medical Director and product team in the development of new products and services, as needed.
