We seek engaged, modern, and relevant leaders! 🚀 Responsibilities: - Driving performance across 4 to 6 units by leading a team of 4 to 6 restaurant general managers towards achieving best-in-class standards. - Continuously developing your team through training and exemplifying high-performance, caring leadership. - Creating, developing, and executing operational plans with a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail, guided by data-driven insights. Qualifications: - At least 5 years of management experience in top-tier Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Fast Casual Restaurants (FCR) with drive-thru. - Demonstrable top performance in QSR management, evidenced by quantitative results or awards. - Minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams, including hiring and talent development. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong skills in analysis, planning, and organization. - An engaged leader who prioritizes people, demonstrates a high sense of urgency, and pays meticulous attention to detail. - High school diploma or equivalent; a college diploma is preferred. - Industry qualifications / certifications are strongly preferred. - Record of job stability and interest in being part of this team for the mid-long term.
