Why This Role Matters As Product Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy and execution for key Radformation products. This role bridges product, sales, and marketing to deliver campaigns that increase product adoption, awareness, and market expansion. You’ll craft messaging that resonates with clinicians and decision-makers, helping them see how Radformation products improve treatment quality and efficiency.Responsibilities IncludeDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns for ClearCheck, ClearCalc and RadMonteCarloPartner with Sales, Clinical Success, and Product teams to align messaging and enable field success.Conduct market and competitive research to inform product positioning and campaign strategies.Create marketing assets including presentations, one-pagers, emails, and web content.Collaborate with Demand Generation to build targeted campaigns and measure impact.Support webinar content, events, and conference participation.Identify opportunities to expand Radformation’s presence in new clinical markets.Required Experience5+ years in B2B product marketing, preferably in radiation oncology, diagnostic imaging, or medical technology.Proven ability to create go-to-market strategies and campaign materials that drive adoption and growth.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills.Preferred ExperienceExperience with healthcare, SaaS, medical device and/or clinical marketing.Prior clinical Radiation Oncology experience or experience marketing treatment planning software, secondary calculation, and dose verification softwarePrior experience supporting product launches in a regulated environment (FDA, CE Mark, TGA)Familiarity with buyer journey development and content mapping.Who You AreYou are a clear communicator who believes in team success.You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.You take ownership of your work and are motivated by impact.You care deeply about improving the patient experience through technology.AI & Hiring Integrity At Radformation we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation, but our hiring process is about getting to know you and your authentic skills.
