Requirements and responsibilities

Strong experience in business analysis; requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping; BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional documentation; collaborate with business users, operational teams, and technical teams; support UAT, solution validation, and issue clarification; exposure to Agile or structured project delivery environments; strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in apparel, fashion, sourcing, merchandising, supply chain, ERP, or related operational environments is advantageous.
