Core Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in AV/low-voltage field operations. - 2+ years in a leadership or project management role. - Hands-on experience with low-voltage cabling, equipment installation, rack building, and on-site coordination. - 100% Bilingual (English and Spanish) — must communicate effectively with GCs, owners, and technical staff in both languages. - Strong leadership, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. - Field-based role requiring daily travel to various project sites in the Miami area. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
