Requirements and responsibilities

6-8 years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack roles. 6+ years of experience in full-stack engineering with a backend focus. Not open to junior candidates, as this role requires the potential to grow into a leadership position. This person enables faster delivery and customer feedback loops without overloading founders or other team members. This person also serves as the key link between platform and product. Required experience: * Strong experience in Typescript, React, Postgres, and NestJS. * Experience owning projects end-to-end in a startup environment. * History of contributing to product thinking, designing not only code but also customer-loved features. * Ability to lead ambiguous initiatives and align cross-functional teams such as design and platform. Bonus experience: * Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform). * Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or observability. * Exposure to working directly with customers in shaping product. * Prior tech-lead or project leadership experience.
