About the RoleWe’re looking for an Engineering Manager in Attentive’s Data & Integrations Platform org. The platform enables the rapid, reliable development of integrations with Attentive’s industry partners and is foundational to our business. These integrations process massive, real-time data that power both customer-facing products and internal machine learning systems.In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering partners to deliver end-to-end use cases, from concept through production. You’ll be hands-on where it matters—providing technical direction, reviewing architecture, and helping the team navigate complex systems—while also supporting engineers’ growth and fostering a healthy, high-performing team.This is a role for a manager who enjoys balancing people leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration.
