Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients. - Understand their unique business needs and challenges. - Create account plans and strategies for each enterprise client to maximize revenue, cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to increase wallet share and ensure client satisfaction. - Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives. - Identify opportunities where your company's products or services can add value and address their challenges. - Build a funnel by effective cold calling, networking skills, and other methods. - Develop Sales Projection Plan. - Execute orders. - Ensure Customer Satisfaction. - Negotiate and close orders. - Meet and greet prospective clients to understand their requirements. - Propose best possible solution offerings for them. - Make presentations to clients. - Negotiate rates and follow up till the execution and payment received. - Address any client concerns and provide solutions to retain business. - Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
