Overview: Noble Nutrition is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a RevOps / Growth Integrator to step in and help us scale smoothly. Your main goal is simple: streamline our entire lead-to-client pipeline, identify bottlenecks, improve systems, keep our team accountable, and ensure our growth engine runs seamlessly. Please keep in mind that this is a business transitioning from owner-operator to delegated and managed by staff, so some systems and processes are rather new and may need adjustment. This is a great position if you love working on projects that are a little more flexible and give you the freedom to really shine. What you'll be doing: - Oversee our lead pipeline from initial contact through onboarding. - Manage and optimize CRM (Google Sheets currently) for tracking leads, sales metrics, and KPIs. - Develop clear SOPs to standardize lead handling, client onboarding, and coach responsibilities. - Maintain real-time dashboards to measure response times, conversion rates, retention, and revenue. - Keep our coaches and sales team accountable to KPIs. - Flag and resolve issues proactively to eliminate bottlenecks. - Help manage cash flow projections and financial tracking related to client payments and coach payouts. - Ensure regular, clear communication of business performance and weekly updates. What we're looking for: - Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Management. - Strong skills in managing and optimizing sales funnels, CRM tracking, and KPIs. - Experience developing simple, effective dashboards and clear SOPs. - Excellent communication and organizational skills—able to keep a team aligned and accountable. - Proactive problem-solver who thrives on optimizing processes and scaling growth. - Comfortable working remotely and available for consistent overlap with standard MST business hours (~9am-5pm MST, flexible within reason). Bonus points if you have: - Background or familiarity with fitness, nutrition, or online coaching businesses. - Basic familiarity with payment systems or invoicing tools (Wave, PayPal, etc.).
