● Partner with the Head of Engineering to pioneer groundbreaking mobile app strategies that elevate user experience, functionality, and performance.
● Inspire and lead a talented team of mobile developers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
● Leverage your mastery in iOS and Android platforms to make architectural decisions, confront technical challenges, and seize opportunities for advancement.
● Be a vital part of the entire application lifecycle, from conception to release, continuously elevating RVezy's quality standards.
● Unite with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and QA, to explore untapped potential for new features and improvements.
● Scrutinize and interpret app performance metrics to tackle bottlenecks and refine user experience.
● Stay ahead of the curve in industry trends and mobile app development advancements, ensuring that RVezy leads the way with groundbreaking technology and best practices.
● Steer the recruitment process for new team members and contribute to crafting an enthusiastic and collaborative work environment.
💼 Competencies, skills, and attributes
● Ten plus years of trailblazing experience in mobile app development, encompassing both iOS and Android platforms (proficiency in one platform is acceptable).
● Demonstrated success in leading and nurturing a team of mobile app developers.
● Expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Swift, SwiftUI, Java, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose).
● Familiarity with app store deployment processes, from app submission and testing to approval and updates.
● Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
● An eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering premium mobile applications.
● Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, agile work environment.
