Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base. - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the assigned region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and objectives. - Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Required Skills: - Minimum of 3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in the BPO industry or a related field. - Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in each language. - Strong technical aptitude with experience in engagement or CRM platforms, able to quickly learn new systems and explain them to clients effectively. - Proven track record in creating and executing successful sales strategies, with experience in developing processes from scratch. - Customer-focused approach, with the ability to identify and solve client problems by proposing customized, tech-driven solutions.
