Hi, I'm Justin Petsche, VP of Sales at Torre. We are looking for an entry level SDR in LatAm who will help us revolutionize how companies hire and candidates find the perfect job. This is a global, remote opportunity. WHAT IS TORRE? At Torre, we’re building AI recruiters that replicate human intuition. They automatically attract candidates, engage them, screen them, rank them, present them, and provide them with feedback. We analyze 100+ factors with 9 types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work. For companies, we offer three product lines: Torre OS, Torre RPO, and Torre Reach. Our motto is to make work fulfilling for everyone. Our seed round was $20M, of which our CEO contributed $10M. Once we meet, I’ll share more information with you. WHY THE OPENING? After five years of development and trials, we reached beta stage and started scaling our client acquisition efforts and revenue. We’re growing in the US and LatAm. For LatAm, we are generating more leads than our team can handle. Many of those leads come via inbound and marketing channels, and they prefer to communicate with us via whatsapp. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS: You'll be responsible for reaching out within 10-minutes of receiving a new lead via whatsapp to clarify any doubts from the prospect, and scheduling video calls with one of our account executives when necessary for the 3 product-lines we offer (below): • Torre OS: http://torre.ai/es/os • Torre RPO: http://torre.ai/es/rpo • Torre Reach: http://torre.ai/es/reach Your KPIs will be: • Revenue * Leads sent to account executives * Response times YOUR POTENTIAL CAREER PATH: The experience you earn will enable you to grow into other roles. There are an abundance of growth opportunities in Torre, as we are entering phase 1 of what is likely to be a decade's long blitzscale opportunitity. Although we are currently a small (but mighty) team, the future of Torre will require team leaders, country managers, regional managers, VP's, etc. THE TEAM: You will report directly to the head of sales - LatAm, and you'll have many mentors in both sales and operations along the way.
