This is a remote opportunity from anywhere in Latin America (except Cuba or Venezuela because we're a US company).
WHAT IS TORRE?
Torre is the first company to fully automate recruiting end-to-end. We use many types of AI, which, in conjunction, create self-driving recruiters who replicate human intuition. Torre can automatically locate the best candidates from hundreds of sources, attract them, screen them, filter them, rank them, deliver detailed reports about each, and even re-engage them. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work.

WHY THE OPENING?
After five years of development and trials, we reached beta stage and started scaling our client acquisition efforts and revenue. Companies can license our tech or outsource their recruitment to us, whether via staffing or headhunting. We're growing both in the US and LatAm. A crucial part of our strategy is to dominate the headhunting and staffing market in the LatAm. Speed is paramount. That’s why this role requires previous experience building a book of business in LatAm staffing and/or headhunting.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS:
You’ll be responsible for starting and rapidly growing our staffing and headhunting practice in LatAm with the complete support of Torre's technology. This will allow you to automate attraction, screening, filtering, ranking, and re-engagement of the candidates needed by our clients.
During the first few months, you're expected to bring the first set of clients and kickstart revenue. For staffing, in particular, EOR, payroll, and legal matters will be fulfilled by local staffing partners, some of whom are our investors. You're expected to develop those relationships further. That way, we can focus on what we do best: attract and manage clients and candidates. You're expected to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and even do some recruiting yourself when our automation fails. After all, we're in beta. That will also help you become familiarized with our tech and influence its development for the LatAm market.
Then, you're expected to grow our team and revenue fast by bringing Talent Acquisition Partners. That is, experienced recruiting managers/executives/entrepreneurs with a book of business.
Within a few years, we should be the leading staffing and headhunting operation in LatAm, with revenue of $100M+/year.
You'll be responsible for determining the order in which we expand into different professions, industries, and countries. Torre's automation can deliver a wonderful experience to non-executive candidates, whether they are software developers, marketing managers, cleaning professionals, truck drivers, customer service agents, sales reps, etc. Executive roles won't be our focus for now.
Your KPIs will be:
• Gross profit from headhunting and staffing in LatAm.
• Net revenue retention rate (account growth).
• New client acquisition.
Additional performance metrics will include:
• Fulfillment rate.
• Fulfillment speed.
• Churn.

THE TEAM:
You’ll report directly to me, the CEO, and Sebas Gallo, Head of Operations, as functional leader.
You’ll work closely with our head of Product and head of Candidate Operations. The candidate operations team will handle most of the talent acquisition for you and your team.
