Who You Are * You are OBSESSED with execution. * You thrive with high-level direction and minimal supervision. * You take messy Loom videos and audio notes and turn them into a clear, prioritized plan. * You communicate proactively, solve problems, and never drop the ball. * You’ve supported a founder, COO, or executive before and know how to take ownership. Must-Have Experience * 3+ years in a similar role (operator, integrator, project manager, executive assistant) * Comfortable inside GoHighLevel, ClickUp or Asana, Slack, Google Workspace. * Able to manage multiple projects at once, assign tasks to others, and follow up. * Experience managing VAs or freelancers. * Strong written and spoken English. * Able to work a minimum 4-hour overlap with EST (prefer full EST schedule). Bonus Skills * Funnel-building experience (even light). * Experience in marketing agencies or SaaS. * Building SOPs or internal documentation. * Familiarity with outbound campaigns (email, SMS, cold calling) * Light reporting and dashboard setup (in Sheets, GHL, or similar) What You’ll Do * Take ideas from voice notes or Looms and turn them into step-by-step ClickUp task lists * Oversee project deadlines and follow-ups with the team. * Help delegate and manage our VA team and freelance talent. * Build and update SOPs for repeatable systems. * Jump into our tools (GHL, ClickUp, Slack) to keep everything organized. * Ensure nothing falls through the cracks while we focus on growth. Compensation * Range: $1,200 – $1,700 USD/month (based on experience, availability, and ability to plug in immediately) * Long-term opportunity with potential for growth into Head of Ops role.
