(this is not a remote or hybrid position)Duties and ResponsibilitiesInteracts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.Collects and enters orders for new or additional products and services.Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.Ensures that the appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.Maintains customer accounts and records customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints or comments.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/AbilitiesExcellent communication skills including active listening.Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.Typing, MS office and or Google Office Suite proficiency is a must.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent.Customer service experience required - preferably in an office setting.Salary & Benefits45k annually paid bi-weekly consistent with the company's payroll.Medical, life, Dental and Vision Insurance.Paid time off and paid holidays - 2 weeks PTO and 1-week sick time first year.Clear succession path.401k plan when eligible.Schedule8:30am-5:30pm1 hour lunchMonday to FridayNo nights, no weekendsPlease note: All staff must wear business attire, to include wearing suite and tie and clean shaven for males.
