🚀 We're looking for an Operations Associate to support our existing operations team. 🔵 Requirements: ◽ This role requires experience in business operations. ◽ Previous experience in customer service and human resources. ◽ Experience in document management and inventory is a plus. 🔵 Responsibilities: ◽ On-boarding / off-boarding both client and team members. ◽ Assigning training and tracking compliance. ◽ Auditing. ◽ Document creation, tracking, and organization. ◽ Building sheets, documents, forms. ◽ Processing mail and incoming notices. ◽ Contract construction, signing, filing, and completing actions to implement contract deliverables / requirements. ◽ Improve process / reporting by implementing new systems. ◽ Participate in cross-functional operational duties. ◽ Support coordination and logistics by placing inventory and supply orders as required. ◽ Supporting human resources. ◽ Supporting mentorship program. ◽ Team announcements.
