Responsibilities

What you will do? - Support the area directors in the preparation of commercial proposals. - Support the monitoring of business opportunities. - Update the company's CRM with the information of the different contacts, and make sure that the opportunities are attended. - Help in essential administrative tasks (in conjunction with that area) at the beginning and the end of a project. - Help to manage quotes and commercial proposals for clients in the Anglo-Saxon market. - Lead the enrollment process for our courses and certifications. What profile are we looking for? - Student of the last semesters or professional who recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related areas. - A person interested in developing their career in the technology, innovation, and design sector. - Someone with a sociable and curious personality; with an interest in public relations. - Excellent oral, written, and facilitation communication skills. In addition, capacity for synthesis and attention to detail. - Impeccable spelling. - Excellent time management, prioritization of tasks, autonomy and problem solving. - Ability to work, collaborate and lead projects from a remote location. - Spanish and English 100%. - Use of advanced Excel. - Experience generating impact presentations at the level of written and visual communication.
