Requirements and responsibilities


Google Workspace Administration: * Set up and manage email accounts, shared drives, and user permissions for franchisees. Onboarding Support: * Screen share with new franchisees to walk them through system logins, app usage, and internal tools. Website & Google Profile Audits: * Regularly review franchisee websites and Google Business Profiles for accuracy, performance, and branding compliance. Booking System Setup: * Assist in configuring and optimizing booking platforms (Xola, FareHarbor, Peek, etc.) for tour operations. VOIP Support: * Help franchisees set up VoIP phone systems (e.g., RingCentral) and ensure call routing functions properly. Basic IT Support: * Troubleshoot simple tech issues related to account access, email routing, and web tool usage. * Screenshare with franchisees to troubleshoot issues. Documentation: * Create and update SOPs and tech guides to streamline support.
