I quit my job in 2012 to start a single Trolley Pub location, and lived off only $30K the first year.
This means I was our first driver, janitor, technician, customer service agent. At the end of each day of tours I was the one cleaning our bikes, the bathroom, turning the lights off.
Eventually our small tour business became TourScale, an innovative tour and activity franchise platform. With the help of our amazing staff and my partner Andrew Cole, we expanded into the largest party bike and boat operation in the U.S. With TourCraft, we've extended our innovation to manufacturing, continuously crafting ventures that offer unique and memorable experiences.
My journey is fueled by a passion for operational excellence, relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction, and a vision to empower entrepreneurs through franchising.
Beyond business, I am an adjunct professor, helping to foster the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders. My mission extends beyond profit—it's about crafting a world where joy and innovation intersect, creating spaces where people come together to experience the extraordinary.
Let's connect to explore how we can make the world a more enjoyable place, one adventure at a time.
