Requirements and responsibilities


Fantasy Lab Studios creates immersive, story-driven installations that transform spaces into visual experiences using custom balloon art, vinyl graphics, foam sculptures, and cinematic decor. The studio collaborates with brands, venues, and event producers to build unforgettable environments that spark emotional connection and social media engagement. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, referrals, and industry networking. * Pitch immersive decor packages and custom design solutions to event planners, venue owners, marketing teams, and high-end clients. * Present polished proposals, visual presentations, and project estimates. * Close high-value, service-based deals with confidence and clarity. * Manage the full client experience, including onboarding, timeline management, approvals, and ongoing communication. * Liaise with internal design and production teams to relay client expectations and feedback. * Follow up with past clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Track all communications, leads, and deals in a CRM. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles (experience in creative industries, events, or luxury services preferred). * Proven success closing high-ticket sales or service-based deals. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas. * Experience managing client expectations, feedback, and revisions with clarity. * Highly organized and self-motivated, with attention to detail. * Comfortable using CRM platforms, proposal tools, and digital collaboration software. * Passion for immersive design, storytelling, and creating memorable experiences. Bonus if you have: * A network of industry contacts (event planners, venues, marketing agencies). * Experience in event production or creative services. * Strong visual sensibility and confidence in presenting creative concepts. * Spanish language proficiency.
