This role involves collaborating with clients to map processes, create automation playbooks, and ensure seamless system connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client workflows and integration needs.
- Design and implement integrations between monday.com, make.com, and other platforms.
- Create flow charts, process maps, and integration playbooks.
- Train clients on integrated systems and provide ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with make.com.
