About the company Kira’s mission is to leverage blockchain to bank the 1 billion underbanked. Kira provides companies with the entire first-to-last-mile infrastructure to launch global payment DeFi products (e.g., USD wallets, remittances, payroll)—all in one integration. The company is based in Miami and Mexico and was founded by payment executives from Coinbase and Stori Card, as well as the founders of Littio and Arcus (sold to Mastercard). About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Human Resources Analyst to support our growing team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, drive team culture, and play a key role in recruitment and HR operations. It’s an ideal position for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR or operations leadership within the tech space. Key Responsibilities Team Operations & Executive Support. - Manage weekly team recognition initiatives (e.g., HeyTaco awards). - Coordinate logistics for monthly team gatherings and events. - Track and reconcile team travel expenses, ensuring alignment with budget. - Support the CEO with calendar management and scheduling. Human Resources & Recruiting - Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. - Assist in recruitment activities, including outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms. - Support with HR documentation, employee records, and internal communication. Requirements - Comfortable making professional phone calls in English. - Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. - Prior experience in Human Resources, Executive Assistance, or a related administrative role. Structure & Benefits - Remote-first work environment, in-office one day per week. - Excellent growth path for those aspiring to become an HR Manager or Chief of Staff. Year 1 Benefits: - Healthcare coverage. - 10 days paid vacation. Compensation: $16,300.00 MXN to $30,000.00 MXN per month Additional Perks: - All-expenses-paid travel to Mexico and Colombia for company off-sites.
