Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, understand their needs, and proactively address their concerns to ensure they are receiving a superior return on investment with H+L's service. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring effective communication across marketing program stakeholders. • Analyze client's business objectives, industry trends, competitors' activities, and marketing strategies to develop effective and innovative solutions that align with their goals. • Develop comprehensive marketing programs alongside your cross-functional team of experts tailored to each client's unique needs and industry landscape. • Stay up-to-date with marketing industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions. • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and project updates to both clients and internal teams. • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing campaign results and strategic recommendations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear and concise communication to drive successful project execution. • Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills to ensure seamless execution of client projects within scope, timeline, and budget. • Develop detailed project plans outlining deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation to drive successful project outcomes. • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize client account profitability, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to achieve clients' business goals. • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to analyze project costs and revenue, making data-driven decisions to drive profitability while maintaining service quality. • Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients, increasing the value and revenue generated from each account. Requirements: ✓ 4+ years of professional working experience in two or more of the following areas: Marketing, Business or Technology Consulting, Project Management, and or B2B Service Sales. ✓ Familiarity with digital marketing strategy and tactics across various channels such as advertising, SEO, social media, branding, email marketing, etc. ✓ Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships. ✓ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create a shared vision of success with clients and internal stakeholders (valuing results and outcomes.) ✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and empathize with different perspectives. ✓ Able to identify opportunities within ongoing strategies for areas of optimization. ✓ Strong grasp of supply and demand, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. ✓ Analytical abilities for assessing and understanding the client's business objectives, industry trends, and competitors' activities. ✓ Exceptional organizational and self-management skills. ✓ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution. ✓ An entrepreneurial spirit. ✓ College or University-level education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
