As an Insights & Analytics Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the US Sales team with insights and analytics to ensure relevant data points are part of everything LEGO® does. You will analyze business intelligence data, partner with other areas of the business, and provide valuable insights to steer the business on strategic and tactical decisions. If you have a master's degree in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a similar background, along with 3-5 years of experience in analyst type roles, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. Responsibilities: - Analyze business intelligence data to inform business and product decisions. - Partner with other areas of the business (e.g., Marketing, Finance, CRM Team, etc.) to model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies. - Analyze LEGO Education Performance to help steer the business on Strategic & Tactical Decisions. - Act as a trusted and close sparring partner for the GM of LEGO Education US. - Play an active part in US Leadership team meetings, proactively providing insights for the business to consider and set direction after. - Identify and analyze industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitor current/potential customer trends. - Blend historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources as input to analyses.
