Your KPIs: We place significant value on data—your success will be measured by the following metrics: * Editing Quality Score: An aggregate metric assessing revisions per scene, technical compliance, and timeliness of delivery, reviewed quarterly for guidance in feedback sessions, rewards, training, and performance assessments. * Technical Compliance Rate: Document and analyze the types and frequency of technical errors made per revision in our Content Management System. * On-time Delivery Rate: Monitor missed deadlines over a defined period to evaluate punctuality and adherence to timelines. Outcomes: Your performance will be evaluated on the following achievements: * Editing Quality: Achieve an average video quality rating of 9/10 in internal reviews by Q1 2025, ensuring no more than one revision cycle is needed per full scene. * Editing Full Scenes: Produce complete scenes with a minimum score of 9/10, factoring in internal reviews and member feedback from our subscription platform. * Reviewing Guidelines: Play an essential role in updating and editing guidelines, maintaining accurate documentation of relevant changes. * Updating Techniques: Facilitate the introduction of new best practices as necessary. * Collaboration Effectiveness: Obtain a 90% satisfaction rate in collaboration surveys after the trial period, emphasizing responsiveness, communication, and teamwork. Competencies: Must-Have: * Superior video and audio editing skills focused on storytelling. * Proficient analytical skills for reviewing and improving editing procedures. * Strong creative vision for crafting engaging narratives and visuals. * Technical proficiency in color correction and audio adjustment. * Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration and constructive feedback. * Bilingual in English and Spanish, with at least C1 proficiency in both languages.
