We are looking for a Specialist in Business Process Management to join our team in East Providence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's business units, aiming to deliver superior service to clients by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes, and technology. The role involves analyzing and reviewing data tools, business processes, and operational standards to execute service delivery, as well as evaluating and ensuring that operations meet company objectives, business needs, service agreements, and relevant requirements. The candidate will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on operating expenses, presenting findings and recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the sales teams, and assisting with key sales planning activities during the planning and budgeting cycle. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or an equivalent field, along with 0-3 years of experience in project management, integration of business processes, systems, and/or products, as well as experience with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce.com) and Business Intelligence tools. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organization skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to multi-task and keep initiatives on track simultaneously. Responsibilities: - Updates weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookings forecast and provides insightful reporting on key metrics and analytics to drive company goals. - Builds models to analyze bookings and pipeline trends, productivity, performance. - Tracks and reports Operating Expenses. - Presents findings and recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the sales teams. - Assists with key sales planning activities during the planning and budgeting cycle. - Utilizes business intelligence tool to extract data and present through charts & diagrams. - Develops recurring reporting aimed to improve existing processes and identify areas of opportunity. - Analysis of workflows to improve quality and lead time, while reducing errors in processes. - Investigates and answers inquiries/issues regarding index data. - Communicates with internal partners as well as external vendors on a daily basis. - Maintains a thorough knowledge and awareness of legal requirements, regulatory environment, and legislative changes.
