We're looking for an experienced Operations FIT Specialist to join us in a fully remote position.Location: Romania, Bulgaria or Albania (Fully Remote)Please apply only if you're fluent in both English & French.What we're looking for:Fluent in English & French (both are essential)Experience in the travel industry (Hotels, Flights, FIT, Reservations, Operations, Customer Support, etc.)Experience working with travel agents or B2B travel partnersStrong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsComfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment, including nights, weekends, and public holidaysTech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platformsWhat you'll do:Manage hotel, flight, transfer, and car rental reservationsSupport travel agents and resolve complex operational casesCoordinate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver the best solutionsHandle bookings and operational cases from A to Z in a fast-paced international environmentIf you're passionate about travel, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to be part of a global travel technology leader, we'd love to hear from you!
