Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Represent Orbit Agency and our client brands professionally across all communication channels.Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients, influencers, and brand partners via calls, emails, DMs, and meetings.Research and generate quality leads for brand collaborations, sponsorships, and business partnerships.Engage with brands, creators, and businesses on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms to pitch collaboration opportunities.Make professional cold calls and send personalized emails to potential brand partners and clients.Create compelling brand pitch decks, proposals, and partnership presentations.Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and partners for repeat business.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new brand collaboration opportunities.Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.Assist in organizing brand events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Excellent verbal & written communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)Confident, presentable, and professional attitudeBasic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindsetAbility to handle rejection and stay persistentBasic MS Office / Google Workspace skillsFreshers with enthusiasm are highly encouraged to apply!
