Requirements and responsibilities

The position is NOT REMOTE*** Open for Colombia and Kenya. About the Opportunity: - We are seeking a Treasury Accounting Associate to join a leading global organization in the HR Technology, Human Resources Solutions, and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry. - This position plays a key role in supporting treasury and payroll operations by ensuring timely payments, maintaining financial controls, and assisting with cash management processes. Work Arrangement: - On-site. Location: - Colombia: Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga. - Kenya: This position is also available in Kenya. Compensation: - Colombia: COP $3,150,000 per month. - Kenya: KES 76,000 per month. Schedule: to be delivered (pending) What You'll Do: - Approve ACH payments and check disbursements. - Respond to requests from the Payroll team. - Process and fund payroll cards. - Prepare cash flow and liquidity reports. - Respond to payroll-related inquiries. - Support treasury operations and financial controls. - Identify opportunities to improve treasury and financial processes. Qualifications: - Professional degree or technical degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook or similar email platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational skills. - High attention to detail. English Requirement: - B2 English proficiency (required). Skills: - Analytical thinking. - Organization. - Attention to detail. - Financial accuracy. - Communication. - Team collaboration. Preferred Experience: - Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be highly considered: Treasury, Payroll, Banking Operations, Accounting, Finance, Bank Reconciliations, Payment Processing, Microsoft Excel.
