Through our innovative AI Talent H&HIS platform, we are redefining talent acquisition with AI-powered recruitment solutions.This is a Remote Freelance opportunity for an AI Engineer. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to solve complex business challenges. You will work on cutting-edge technologies including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions.Build and optimize Machine Learning models and AI algorithms.Develop NLP and semantic search applications.Implement RAG architectures and embedding pipelines.Work with vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems.Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions.Test, optimize, and continuously improve AI system performance.QualificationsStrong expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and semantic search systems.Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and embedding pipelines.Experience with AI development frameworks.Experience working with vector databases or knowledge retrieval systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable collaborating with remote and cross-functional teams.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.BenefitsCompetitive compensation (negotiable based on experience).Fully remote working environment.Opportunity to work on innovative AI projects with an international team.
