Requirements and responsibilities


Overview: - We are looking for a high-energy, clear communicator with a crisp voice/no accent, Someone who is exceptionally organized A-Player to serve as the foundational member of our leadership team. - This is a hybrid role combining Full-Cycle Recruitment, Human Resources, and Operations Management. - You will be the primary point of contact for our service providers, ensuring that our onboarding, communication, and management systems are world-class. Clear English Speaking no Accent required. You are the face of the company. We want you to clear enunciate words and communicate well. Primary Goal: - To take the "People & Systems" weight off the Founder’s shoulders. - You will build the team, manage the providers, and ensure that every person we hire or partner with is an A-player who understands our mission. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Sourcing: - Identify, headhunt, and vet new talent and service providers. - You will handle the first 3 stages of hiring so the Founder only sees the "Top 1%." Onboarding & Systems: - Explain our company systems to new providers/partners. - Ensure they are correctly set up in our CRM/Project Management tools and understand our "way of working." Provider Management: - Act as the main liaison for all providers. - You are their "Go-To" person for questions, troubleshooting, and direct coordination of parts/logistics. Accountability & Scheduling: - Monitor tasks to ensure they are happening on time. - You are the "Human Ping" that makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Process Documentation: - Help the Founder turn messy ideas into clean SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) that a 10-year-old could follow. Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Near-Native English Fluency: - You must have a crisp, clear American/Neutral accent. - You will be talking to US-based companies and partners daily. Executive Presence: - You must be able to lead a call, resolve conflicts, and direct people with authority and kindness. Extreme Organization: - If your personal life isn't organized, this isn't the role for you. - We need someone who lives in calendars and task managers. Location: - Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, or Central America preferred for timezone alignment).
