Data Operations (Primary Focus)Clean, validate, and maintain complex datasetsConsolidate fragmented vendor, contract, and spend data into a unified structureBuild systems to ensure data accuracy and freshnessCreate repeatable processes for detecting cost optimization opportunities2. Internal Workflow AutomationBuild and maintain automations in Zapier, Make, and internal toolsImprove contract workflows and intake processesIdentify opportunities to eliminate manual steps across operationsDevelop “fail-safe” automation logic with clear alerts and QA paths3.
