Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Spanish Bilingual Dermatology VA to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth patient experience, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative and insurance-related processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental or orthodontic environment.
Responsibilities:
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks prior to appointments
Provide exceptional customer service to patients in both English and Spanish
Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
Handle incoming and outgoing calls via VOIP system
Assist with general administrative tasks and front desk operations
Requirements:
• Native Spanish speaker (Bilingual English/Spanish)
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant
• Experience working in a Dermatology practice
• Experience with insurance verification and appointment scheduling
• EMR experience required (CareCloud & Modernizing Medicine preferred)
• Experience handling patient demographics, emails, and text communication
• Familiarity with VOIP systems such as Nextel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
