About the Company A multi-location behavioral health and addiction treatment organization with a growing network of centers across the U.S. Patients often discover centers via third-party directories like Google, Bing, SAMHSA, Yelp, BBB, and other industry platforms, which significantly influence admissions. Role Overview The Directories Coordinator will manage all external directory listings across platforms and locations. Responsibilities include ensuring listings are accurate, complete, compliant, and optimized to support increased patient admissions. This role suits highly organized, systems-driven individuals who excel in structure, process, and multitasking. Core Responsibilities * Directory Ownership & Updates: Manage and update profiles on Google Business, Bing, SAMHSA, Yelp, BBB, and treatment-specific portals. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of images, descriptions, hours, contacts, and compliance details. Launch new listings for new locations. * Organization & Systems Management: Restructure the existing directory spreadsheet into a single master source of truth. Maintain accurate records of logins, vendor contacts, ticket statuses, and updates. Track work independently with minimal follow-up. * Vendor & Directory Management: Serve as point of contact for paid directory vendors, submit recurring data, escalate issues, monitor responsiveness, and resolve listing problems. * Review Support & Performance Tracking: Support review collection strategies, follow up with center teams, and track responsiveness and escalations. * Expansion & Opportunity Scouting: Audit new directories for relevance and ranking potential, document requirements and costs, and recommend strategic directory investments. Requirements * Key Requirements: Comfort managing detailed workflows, strong systems-building and organization skills, ability to work independently, strong English communication, high accountability and ownership, ability to navigate multiple platforms. * Must-Haves: Experience in detail-heavy coordination or operations roles, strong spreadsheet proficiency (Google Sheets or Excel), proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent written communication, self-managed and proactive work style. * Nice-to-Haves: Experience managing online listings/directories, experience in healthcare/behavioral health/multi-location businesses, vendor management experience, familiarity with directory compliance surveys. Tools Proficiency * Must-Haves: Google Sheets / Excel, directory platforms (Google Business, Bing Places, SAMHSA, Yelp, BBB), email. * Nice-to-Haves: Internal marketing reporting tools.
